The Bahamas - In the Bahamas effective August 6, 2021, all travelers aged 2 years and older, regardless of vaccination status, will be required to submit a valid, negative Rapid Antigen test or PCR test completed no more than 5 days prior to travel. All travelers must apply for a Bahamas Health Visa at travel.gov.bs and complete a daily online health questionnaire and opt in to mandatory COVID-19 health insurance when applying for health Visa.
